    At Oscar Peterson Hall, at 2:30 p.m., one hour before the concert. Only cash is accepted at the venue.

  • Payment with VISA and Master Card is accepted for telephone reservations.

    In person, before the concert as of 2:30 p.m. at the box office, we accept cash, debit cards and VISA and MasterCard .

  • There are two options for collecting your tickets:
    - By mail, time permitting.
    - At the press table on the day of the concert

  • Please contact us if your ticket is lost, stolen or forgotten. After verifying your purchase, we will provide you with a replacement at the press table.

  • In the event that we are forced to cancel a concert, we will inform you of the procedures to follow in order to receive a full refund or an exchange. You may also opt to convert your refund into a tax-receipted donation.

  • Tickets are exchangeable up to 48 hours before the concert. All sales are final.

  • Oscar Peterson Hall is located at 7141 Sherbrooke St. West, on the Loyola campus of Concordia University.

  • Yes, there is parking available adjacent to the hall, parking lot P5.

  • Yes. Oscar Peterson Hall is accessible by entering the hall’s main door.

  • The concert hall generally opens 45 minutes before the concert begins.

  • Yes. Concert programmes and notes are also available be online on the LMMC website two weeks before each concert. Subscribers and single ticket holders will be sent the programme and notes electronically.

  • Latecomers will only be admitted at a time deemed appropriate by staff members. They may also be required to sit in seats other than those indicated on their tickets so as not to disturb other patrons.

  • Yes.

  • LMMC concerts are rarely cancelled. However, in the event of inclement weather or travel-prohibiting issues that may arise, you may call 514 932-6796 for an update.

  • Found items may be turned in to a staff member. For lost items, please call us at 514 932-6796.

  • Patrons with cellular telephones, alarm watches and/or electronic paging systems must turn them off prior to the start of the concert. They may only be used before the concert and during intermission. Please be courteous when checking your phone.

  • No, the use of cameras and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the concert.
